We will help you get the most economical repair we can

From time to time your boiler might need to have a repair, the problem you have now is you are unsure what the cause of the issue is, what it is going to cost and when it can be fixed.

Like you we also have a family and we know just how important it is for you to get the quickest and most economical solution to repairing your boiler so when you pick up the phone and call us, you can be sure we see the big picture and we will do everything we can to get you the easiest remedy.

Unfortunately there are not that many repairs an untrained person can carry out, even those who are pretty decent with home care and DIY, so if you discover there is an issue please read the following.

Your boiler has a fault…What to do?

If there is an emergency such as a gas leak then call 0800 111 999 an emergency gas engineer will arrive. However if the boiler has broken down, sprung a leak or has high or low pressure then you are going to need a repair and we can help. It is a great idea to check if you have insurance which covers the breakdown and repair, you could speak to them after you have contacted us. We are Gas Safe Registered and will be able to speak directly to your insurance company if they make that request.

It is likely the insurer will requirer you to request a quote from us and and subsequent receipts, therefore we are able to provide you with documentation via email, so all you have to do is forward it to the insurer without the need of making a scan. Regardless of you having insurance or not we will do everything we can to minimise the cost.

Obtaining parts

Leave this to us.
We may have the parts in stock, or it could be possible for a same day delivery or collection.
The reason why we want to make the order is because we are then 100% sure it is the right part needed, complies to UK standards and we check for the guarantee.

All parts we obtain are from trusted suppliers and this will help you with the ongoing maintenance of your boiler, if at all possible we will get the part direct from the manufacturer or use manufacturer recommended services.
If you think you can get a better deal, please do your research and provide it to us, we will then take over from there which means you will not have to order the part or deal with any sales person asking technical questions.

Dangers of DIY

Please do not attempt to fix your own boiler, the risk and potential further cost is not worth it, just pick up the phone and give us a call. We are a family company and will do everything we can to help you.
